Meet Rachel Barry Stinson
I have lived in Nashville and Brentwood for the last 20 years and I have seen this city expand, open up, and blossom into what it is today. My family and I are proud to call this town home. I first started my real estate career in 2007, so I have seen the real estate market shift several times. Being a part of Nashville weathering the recession and bouncing back, adjusting to the high demand for housing, and now seeing things balance out has helped me become a skilled agent in an ever-changing real estate climate. Averaging 25+ real estate transactions per year ranging from first-time homebuyers to luxury home buyers, I also love working with investors in our growing city. I strongly represent my neighbors in Brentwood and Oak Hill where I live with my family. Originally from New York City, I've spent several years doing missions work in Central Africa and have volunteered as an ESL tutor for refugees who have resettled in Tennessee. This background has prepared me to represent clients with a variety of backgrounds with ease. I have strived to build a business on personal values: working hard, treating every one of my clients as I would like to be treated, and aiming to build a culture of integrity and excellence in our profession. Meet Christina Logan
Moving to Tennessee in 2013, Christina Logan has built her life and businesses on the core values on which Nashville thrives: Loving your family, loving your community, and building your home where your heart is.
From building a boutique Event Planning & Design business in 2011, Christina has learned the ins and outs of the greater Nashville area and is accustomed to working hands-on with clients within their budgets to make the best decisions with their goals in mind.
With an eye for design and years of high-end hospitality experience, the transition into real estate made sense once Christina started managing her own local rental properties in 2017.
Having met in 2013, Rachel and Christina quickly aligned with Christina helping Rachel on design services for some of Rachel's real estate clients. It was an obvious transition when they decided to work together in real estate in 2020.
